PICKPADI GLOBAL LTD

Terms of Service

These draft terms outline the rules for accessing and using the PickPadi platform and participating in delivery transactions as a customer, recipient, or rider.

Draft date: 12 September 2026

1. The PickPadi service

PickPadi operates an on-demand delivery marketplace that connects senders with nearby dispatch riders and verified fleets, with live GPS tracking, secure payment handling, and OTP-verified delivery.

PickPadi provides the technology platform; delivery services are performed by independent riders and fleet operators, not by PickPadi itself.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Users must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and meet all legal requirements applicable to their role. Riders may be required to complete identity, vehicle, and licence verification before receiving jobs.

Customers and riders use the PickPadi mobile apps. The web dashboard is reserved for registered fleet merchants.

3. Delivery requests and fares

Customers submit delivery requests with pickup and drop-off details. Eligible riders nearby may accept the request or respond within the marketplace flow shown in the app.

Accepting a request creates a delivery arrangement subject to the details confirmed at checkout and these terms. The final fare is the amount confirmed in the app before dispatch.

4. Payments, escrow, and OTP

Delivery funds are held securely pending verified completion. Payment is released to the rider only after delivery is confirmed with the one-time code or other digital proof of delivery shown in the app.

Users authorise applicable wallet, escrow, payout, refund, and dispute adjustments. PickPadi charges no percentage commission on delivery fees; applicable platform credits or fees are disclosed before confirmation.

Delivery OTPs must only be shared at the actual handover. Sharing a code early may be treated as acceptance of delivery.

5. Safety and prohibited items

Users must not request or transport illegal, dangerous, restricted, misdescribed, or inadequately packaged items. Riders may decline unsafe or prohibited consignments.

Users must treat all participants respectfully. Abuse, fraud, or threats may result in suspension and referral to authorities.

6. Cancellations and disputes

Cancellations, failed deliveries, delays, and damaged parcels may be reviewed using location, communication, photographic, code-verification, and transaction records. Applicable rules and timelines are displayed in the app.

PickPadi may pause payouts or escrow release while a delivery is under review.

7. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited according to the selected service and any applicable cover. PickPadi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from events outside its reasonable control.

We may update these terms with reasonable notice when services, law, or operational requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
